Our response was to work in conjunction with their insurance company to come up with a training video that was clear and concise, and that would cover them in the event of an incident.
This video has saved The Overlook's staff time by allowing more staff members to better serve customers and focus on new business in.

The Overlook came to us in their 2nd year of business to create a video that captivates their values and breaks the barrier to entry stigma behind their sport. It was their first step into video marketing. As fellow climbers ourselves, we felt obligated to get this right with a strong brand film highlighting climbing, community, & connection.
